Welcome to our frequently asked questions page. This is where we answer some common questions about placing an order. If your question is not answered here please contact us. We are the largest and fastest growing Australian Seed Bank. We have an inventory of well preserved regular, feminised, and medicinal seeds currently in stock. Our indica and sativa seed strains were carefully selected from around the world.
Is it legal to buy marijuana seeds in Australia?
In accordance with Australia New Zealand Food Standards Code our marijuana seeds are not suitable for human consumption. They may only be purchased if you understand they are to be used for external use only or exported to a country where they are legal. Under current legislation this means you can buy them to make oil products or any type of body care or natural remedies to be used on your body. Germination or growing of marijuana seeds is illegal in most Australian states and territories.
How many seeds are in each pack?
There are five (5) seeds in each pack. Each seed is examined prior to being packaged. No damaged seeds will ever be sold by us. Contrary to popular belief the size and colour of the seed has no bearing on the seed viability.
Are the seeds feminised?
We sell regular seeds and feminised seeds. Please check the product description so that you understand what type of seed you are purchasing. Regular seeds contain a combination of female and male genetics. Feminised marijuana seeds are bred to produce only the female plant genetics. This is accomplished by a process of breeding out any male genetics until the finished product or seed is about 100% female.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment via credit card, bank transfer, money order and cheque. If you want your payment to remain anonymous we suggest payment via money order or by directly visiting an ANZ bank and depositing the money into our account. Please use your order number as a reference for your bank transfer, money order and cheque payments. If your payment has not been received within 5 business days your order will be cancelled. Cheques will be held for up to 5 business days to ensure payment clears before an order is shipped.
How will my order be posted?
We post all our orders via Australia Post. The five (5) seeds are placed into a LDPE resealable snap lock bag with an airtight seal and then stored in a seed pocket envelope which is compliant with Australian Forestry Standards. The seed pocket is placed into a padded envelope to ensure your seeds are protected during transit. Orders are posted using plain packaging with no company logos or other marketing information visible. All orders have a tracking number which is available upon request 10 days after your payment has been received. Delivery time is 2 - 5 business days via express postage depending on your location in Australia. You will NOT need to sign for your order to receive it.
How to by seeds?
To make a purchase from our website you have to select the marijuana seeds you would like to buy. You can view a description of the cannabis seeds by clicking on the title or image of the product. When you have selected the seeds you want to buy you must click the "Add to Cart" button. This will automatically add 5 seeds of your selection to the Shopping Cart.
At this stage if you want to buy more than one seed type you can do so by clicking the "continue shopping" button. This will take you back to the product page. You will also notice the "Shopping Cart" image at the top of the page so if you change your mind and don't want any more seeds just click "view cart" or "checkout" to complete your order. When you are ready to complete your order click the "checkout" button.
Now you must fully complete your delivery information. Next is the shipping cost section. By default the free post is selected but if you want express post simply select that option. Now you must select your payment option. Please ensure you read the instructions below each payment option so you understand how to pay correctly. In order to complete your order you must click the "review order" button and check all the information you have provided is accurate. Once you are satisfied simply click the "submit order" button to place your order with us.
